The Mailscreen CES30-05 X-ray Scanner

Mailbombs are a hazardous safety concern for target individuals and organizations, often concealed in a seemingly routine thin package or letter. The Mailscreen 3005 can screen parcels and packets of mail that should NOT be opened without expert
inspection.
The Mailscreen® 3005 enables detection of metallic letterbomb components such as detonators, timing devices, shielding and batteries. Objects are screened from both sides as they pass through the scanner zone:
(15.6” x 2.75” opening, 39.6 cm x 7 cm with
unlimited length).
The detector will automatically alarm, including visually, when it senses a factory preset level of metal. A factory provided test card is available to verify performance. The Mailscreen™ is very affordable, portable, and can process considerable mail.
